Caramel Apple Bark
Caramel apples are one of my favorite treats, but I wanted a more snack-friendly version and I’m in love with the outcome! You could get creative with what you top with based on your favorite caramel apple toppings, but I did coconut, crushed peanuts and pretzels!

Caramel Apple Bark
Caramel apples meet snack-friendly bark!
Ingredients
- 1 bag of milk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- a few handfuls of pretzels
- 2-3 granny smith apples
- ¾ cup caramel sauce
Toppings:
- coconut flakes, sprinkles, crushed nuts choose your favorites!
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil & chocolate chips in a sauce pan over medium low heat, stir in more coconut oil if you need a thinner consistency/ chocolate chips are sticking
- Remove from mheat as soon as it’s melted and pour into a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread evenly into a large rectangle & and thin layer.
- Layer on pretzels and add chopped apples, make sure apples are gently pressed into the chocolate. Top with caramel, more chocolate & your toppings
- Freeze for 15-20 mins until chocolate is solid. Break apart & happy snacking! Store sealed in the refrigerator for a few days
