Add the zest of 1 lime & few tbsp of sugar to a plate. Lightly dip the rim of your glasses in agave and roll onto the lime sugar. Keep in freezer until serving.
Muddle fresh apricots and add to a shaker bottle with bourbon, lime juice, agave, and elderflower liqueur + ice.
Shake until very cold, strain into your glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge.
