Ingredients
2ripe bananas mashed
⅓cuppeanut butteror any nut butter
1tbsp honey
½cup shredded coconut
⅓cupchia seeds
1 cuprolled oats + more if needed to thicken consistency
½cup cacao nibs or rough chopped chocolate chips
Instructions
Mash bananas and mix in peanut butter and honey. Add remaining ingredients of coconut, chia seeds, oats and chocolate chips until well combined.
If too sticky, add more oats ¼ cup at a time. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls and place in a sealable container to chill in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours before enjoying.
