Homemade Granola Energy Bites

The perfect blend of oats, peanut butter, and coconut, these homemade energy bites are packed with nutrients and flavor. Whether you need an afternoon pick-me-up or a post-workout snack, these bite-sized treats deliver a satisfying boost of energy in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • cup peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats + more if needed to thicken consistency
  • ½ cup cacao nibs or rough chopped chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mash bananas and mix in peanut butter and honey. Add remaining ingredients of coconut, chia seeds, oats and chocolate chips until well combined.
  • If too sticky, add more oats ¼ cup at a time. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls and place in a sealable container to chill in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours before enjoying.

Notes

I use peanut butter for this recipe but you could also swap other nut butters.
