Ingredients
1cupoat flour
½cupalmond flour
½cupgranola butteror any nut butter
1tbspmatcha powder
1 scoop of protein powder optional
2-3 pitted medjool dates
¼cupmaple syrup
1tbspchia seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth and thoroughly combined. Add 1 tbsp of water if mixture is too dry (i.e. you substituted with other dry ingredients)
** if you do not have a food processor, combine dry ingredients first, and then mix in wet ingredients with your hands
Scoop and roll into balls, store in the refrigerator or freezer
