Matcha Energy Bites

A bite-sized snack packed with vibrant green tea flavor, natural sweetness, and a boost of energy from wholesome ingredients like oats, almond butter, and chia seeds!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup granola butter or any nut butter
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 scoop of protein powder optional
  • 2-3 pitted medjool dates
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth and thoroughly combined. Add 1 tbsp of water if mixture is too dry (i.e. you substituted with other dry ingredients)
  • ** if you do not have a food processor, combine dry ingredients first, and then mix in wet ingredients with your hands
  • Scoop and roll into balls, store in the refrigerator or freezer
