Mash 3 bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 5 tbsp melted butter, ⅓ cup maple syrup & ½ cup yogurt. Whisk to combine.
Add 1¾ cups of flour , ½ cup crushed graham crackers & 1 tsp baking soda to the mixture. Stir until flour streaks are gone, then gently fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Place in a lined loaf pan & bake at 350 F for 50-60 mins, until a toothpick inserted comes out with crumbs instead of wet batter.
Top loaf with a handful of marshmallows, chocolate chips and a few pieces of broken graham crackers, until the top is covered. Broil for 1-3 minutes until toasted to liking. Slice and enjoy!
