Honey Lime Shrimp Tacos
Shrimp tacos, but make it a sheet pan version! This is the perfect recipe to save for busy weeknights. Prepare your shrimp in a skillet, assemble your tacos on the baking sheet and bake for only 10 minutes! I love serving these with a side of guacamole for dipping!

Honey Lime Shrimp Tacos
Sheet pan tacos that bake in 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp grey sea salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- corn tortillas
Instructions
- In a large skillet coated in oil, pan fry the thawed shrimp for 1 ½ minutes each side, until shrimp is fully cooked.Remove from skillet & sauté garlic in 2 tbsp of butter until fragrant, about 2 mins.
- Add lime juice & honey and gentle simmer for about 2 mins until it begins to thicken. Toss the shrimp in the sauce and set aside
- Preheat oven to 425F. Spray or coat the corn tortillas with cooking spray/ any oil. Place on a lined baking tray and place in oven for 3 minutes.
- Layer shredded cheese on half of a warm tortilla, layer with a few pieces of shrimp, topping with more cheese. Fold tortilla over the shrimp and press down, forming a taco. Repeat step for all on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Serve with guacamole for dipping
