Loaded Yogurt Bowl

High protein with so many different flavors and textures, this is a favorite for breakfast or a satisfying snack!

Ingredients

  • ½ – 1 cup yogurt plain or vanill
  • ½ – 1 honeycrisp apple
  • drizzle of honey
  • sprinkle of honey
  • 3 medjool dates finely chopped
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp granola butter, almond butter or cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp granola of choice

Instructions

Assemble your bowl:

  • Add the yogurt to your bowl, and top with chopped apple, peanut butter, granola butter, drizzle of honey, sprinkle of cinnamon, finely chopped dates and granola
