Matcha Energy Bites
A fun, grab-and-go treat that satisfies the sweet tooth and gives you long lasting energy! I love prepping these on Sunday to have throughout the week, either as a grab-and-go before the gym or as a sweet treat when I need a pick me up in the afternoon.


Matcha Energy Bites
A bite-sized snack packed with vibrant green tea flavor, natural sweetness, and a boost of energy from wholesome ingredients like oats, almond butter, and chia seeds!
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup granola butter or any nut butter
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 scoop of protein powder optional
- 2-3 pitted medjool dates
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth and thoroughly combined. Add 1 tbsp of water if mixture is too dry (i.e. you substituted with other dry ingredients)
- ** if you do not have a food processor, combine dry ingredients first, and then mix in wet ingredients with your hands
- Scoop and roll into balls, store in the refrigerator or freezer
