Pear and Fig Cheeseball

This appetizer was inspired by all of my favorite items on a charcuterie board that I like to enjoy on one cracker. Crispy prosciutto, juicy pear, Boursin cheese, crushed pistachios & of course fig jam!

The best part is it’s easy prep. Combine everything in one bowl, roll and chill. I encrust it in crushed pistachios before serving!
