A classic Valentine’s treat into a fun and delicious breakfast! The thick smoothie base is made with frozen strawberries, vanilla skyr, and a splash of milk, then topped with a rich chocolate shell that’s made by melting chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Blend strawberries, skyr & milk. You want the consistency to be quite thick to hold up the chocolate shell! Transfer to a bowl and set in freezer to chill while you prepare the chocolate.
In a small saucepan (or microwave safe bowl!) heat chocolate chips + coconut oil until melted and smooth. Evenly pour over smoothie bowl and spread. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and allow it to set in the fridge/ freezer for a few minutes before cracking.
